Global Treehouse builds scalable, open-source projects to benefit providers worldwide, including the Magnify Tool, now in Portuguese, Spanish, French and with an accompanying AI assistant. We at Global Treehouse also value the opportunity to come alongside providers in partnership for local and regional impact. Using a global sliding scale fee for services or pursuing joint or focused funding, Global Treehouse can focus on one organisation’s needs and build strong relationships, accelerate program quality and quantify impact. We partner with both established providers seeking to deepen or evolve their model of care, and emerging initiatives building new services in under-resourced settings.
Strong Partner Model
One example of impact comes from our recent success with Living Room International (LRI). LRI is a leading, mission-driven care provider dedicated to holistic palliative care in Western Kenya. With Global Treehouse’s strategic listening and implementation process alongside LRI’s dedicated staff, we articulated a co-defined paediatric palliative clinical model of care. Global Treehouse gave support when sharing back the model of care and key recommendations alongside the Living Room staff to determine the next strategic steps to expand access to high-quality care for children with serious illnesses in a region where specialised support remains significantly limited. This work is now informing concrete decisions about service expansion and workforce design, with a clear pathway to reaching more children.
