Global Health Strategist Dr Manpreet Singh Joins Global Treehouse Board of Trustees
Global Treehouse is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Manpreet Singh to its Board of Trustees. Manpreet is the Deputy Director for Strategy, Planning & Management within the Global Development Division at the Gates Foundation. A UK-trained medical doctor with experience as an Associate Partner at Dalberg, Manpreet brings extensive expertise in health systems, strategy and policy. His addition to the leadership team comes at a crucial time, bolstering Global Treehouse’s capacity to identify and amplify innovative models of care for families facing life-limiting illness worldwide.
With a dynamic career spanning clinical practice and global health, Manpreet brings decades of experience in strategy and policy, across multiple sectors, including maternal, newborn and child health. At the Gates Foundation, he supports programmes related to health delivery, having previously designed and supported health investments and partnerships across diverse settings in Africa and Asia. His work combines frontline clinical experience with a deep understanding of how to scale innovation to improve outcomes for children and families worldwide.
Manpreet’s approach is grounded in rigorous planning and a dedication to strengthening health systems. He has advised on health programmes across multiple global contexts and brings a focus on creating sustainable impact. His experience in building scalable systems will be a vital asset to the Global Treehouse team and to fellow trustees.
