Private Markets Leader Carolin Steinmann Joins Global Treehouse Board of Trustees
Global Treehouse is pleased to announce the appointment of Carolin Steinmann to its Board of Trustees. Carolin is a Swiss-based private markets leader and founder of Feindor & Partners, an advisory group helping private market funds build scalable operations. As a leader with over 20 years of experience across venture capital, private equity and finance, Carolin brings extensive expertise in governance and scaling organisations within complex international environments. Her addition to the leadership team comes at a crucial time, strengthening Global Treehouse’s capacity to scale its support for the service leaders transforming children’s palliative care worldwide.
Earlier in her career, she audited global asset managers at PwC in Zurich and New York, and is a qualified FCCA and Swiss audit expert / CPA. Her leadership experience spans senior roles, including Executive Director at LGT Capital Partners and co-founder of a Switzerland-based deep tech venture capital fund, providing her with a unique perspective on organisational growth and international governance.
Carolin’s approach is grounded in deep operational knowledge and a long-standing personal commitment to children’s palliative care. Inspired by family involvement in hospice care, she is also a trained Swiss Red Cross end-of-life companion. Her experience in building scalable systems and her dedication to compassionate care will be a vital asset to the Global Treehouse team and to fellow trustees.
