Introducing the Magnify Tool AI

At Global Treehouse, we believe every child should have access to the palliative care support they need to live life to the fullest. The Magnify Tool was designed with this in mind: a practical, user-driven framework that helps teams prioritise, measure and learn together to improve palliative care for children and families.

We’re excited to share a new, more accessible way to explore it: Meet the Magnify Tool AI!

The Magnify Tool AI is a smart, shareable assistant built on Google’s NotebookLM. It allows you to:

  • Ask plain-language questions and get clear, citation-backed answers.

  • Explore the Magnify Tool’s focus areas and suggested metrics in seconds.

  • Jump straight to the sections most relevant to your team.

This AI assistant doesn’t replace the original tool—it enhances it. It’s designed to speed up common queries, point you back to the right resources and make it easier to bring the Magnify Tool into conversations with your colleagues. We’ve included ready-to-use prompts so you can start experimenting right away—whether that’s in a team workshop or while planning your next quality improvement step.

Try AI in Your Context

NotebookLM is Google’s AI-powered research assistant. Unlike a web search, it draws only on the sources you provide. For this version, we’ve loaded it with the Magnify Tool, all the associated resources, and practical prompts. Just as with any AI or search tool, do not enter confidential or sensitive details about individual patients or their families. We’d love to hear how you use it in your context—share your ideas and feedback with us

Accessibility Across Languages

Although the Magnify Tool and its associated resources are currently available in English, this AI assistant enables you to ask and receive answers in over 80 languages. This NotebookLM opens new possibilities for global teams to engage with the tool in the language that works best for them. View this video here for a model of how to change the language selection.

Get Started in Minutes

Together, we can make evidence-informed improvement more achievable across children’s palliative care.

Appreciation

Global Treehouse thanks Finn Ashley and Anna Morris, summer associates who created this NotebookLM resource for the Magnify Tool. Their iterative design, creativity and commitment to the field made this possible.
